Dk4444 Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction & Definitions

Dk4444 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", "us") is an international online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between dk4444 and anyone who accesses or uses the Platform (hereinafter referred to as "Member", "User", "you").

4. Betting Rules

4.3 Cash Out

• The cash-out feature is available on select events; the value of each cash-out is determined by the system.
• If the odds change while a cash-out request is being processed, the updated odds will apply.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All dk4444 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the general terms below. Separate terms may apply to specific promotions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members making their first deposit.
• After claiming a bonus, withdrawals will not be available until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Cancellation Reasons

6. Payment & Withdrawal Policy

6.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 300 (three hundred taka).

• Deposits are generally credited instantly. In the event of a technical issue, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

6.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 12–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

6.3 Transaction Errors

• Transactions made with incorrect information may not be recoverable.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage against the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other members.

8. Responsible Gaming

Dk4444 believes gaming is a source of entertainment — never a source of financial hardship. That is why we place the highest priority on responsible gaming.

• Each member can set their own deposit limit, loss limit, and session time limit.
• A temporary gaming break (cooling-off period) is available.

9. Account Closure & Suspension
